Refund policy

You can return products bought from CraftWi within 14 days of the date you receive them, without giving any reason (right of withdrawal). This period is based on Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation. For returns within Türkiye, CraftWi pays the return shipping.

How to start a return

1. Within 14 days of delivery, email kahramandestek@gmail.com with your order number.
2. We send you a free return shipping code.
3. Within 10 days of your withdrawal notice, pack the product with everything that came in the box and drop it off at a branch of our contracted carrier using the return code. Return address: CraftWi, Altay Mahallesi, 06820 Etimesgut / Ankara, Türkiye.

Return conditions

• The product must be unused and undamaged, with all box contents (feet, case, liners, etc.) included.
• The right of withdrawal does not apply to products made to the buyer's specifications or clearly personalised.

Refunds

Within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice, we refund the product price and delivery costs to your original payment method. Your bank may need additional time to post the refund.

Damaged or faulty products

If your parcel arrives damaged, ask the courier to record it. If a product is faulty, damaged or wrong, email kahramandestek@gmail.com with photos; you can use your statutory rights under Law No. 6502 (replacement, repair, refund or price reduction).

International orders

The 14-day return period also applies to orders shipped outside Türkiye. We will email you how to send the return; for returns sent from abroad, customs duties and fees are paid by the buyer.
