Distance Sales Agreement

Article 1 – Parties

Buyer: The person placing an order on craftwi.com who provides their name, address, email and phone number during checkout.

Article 2 – Subject

This agreement sets out the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of the product ordered electronically by the Buyer on craftwi.com, as described with its price in the order summary, under Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation.

Article 3 – Product and Payment

The product type, quantity, VAT-inclusive price, shipping fee and payment method are listed in the order summary sent to the Buyer when the order is confirmed. Key product features are stated on the product page. Products are 3D-printed by the Seller from PLA, PETG and TPU; chargers, cables and adapters are not included with the charging stands. Credit and debit card payments are processed by the licensed payment institution iyzico; card details are not stored by the Seller.

Article 4 – Delivery

The product is shipped to the Buyer's address by a contracted carrier, normally within 1–3 business days and in any case within the legal limit of 30 days from order confirmation. The shipping fee is shown in the order summary.

Article 5 – Right of Withdrawal

The Buyer may withdraw from the agreement within 14 days of receiving the product without giving any reason and without penalty. Notice of withdrawal is sent in writing to kahramandestek@gmail.com. The Buyer returns the product within 10 days of the notice. For returns within Türkiye, the return shipping cost is paid by the Seller, who sends the Buyer a free return code for the contracted carrier. The Seller refunds the product price and delivery costs to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the notice. The right of withdrawal does not apply to products made to the Buyer's personal specifications.

Article 6 – General Provisions

The Buyer confirms having read and approved the preliminary information on the product's key features, price, payment and delivery. For defective products the Buyer may use the remedies under Article 11 of Law No. 6502. If the payment is not approved by the bank, the Seller's delivery obligation ends.

Article 7 – Dispute Resolution

Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts at the Buyer's place of residence or place of purchase have jurisdiction within the monetary limits announced by the Ministry of Trade.

By confirming the order, the Buyer accepts all terms of this agreement. The agreement is deemed concluded on the date the order is confirmed.
