Processing time

CraftWi products are made to order. Once your order is confirmed it usually ships within 1–3 business days. This may take longer in busy periods; the legal maximum delivery time is 30 days.

Delivery area

We ship to all provinces of Türkiye. We also ship from Türkiye to Europe, the USA, Canada, the Gulf countries, Azerbaijan, Georgia and Asia-Pacific.

Shipping cost (Türkiye)

• Shipping is free on orders of 500 TL or more.
• Orders under 500 TL ship for 49 TL.

The applicable shipping cost is shown automatically at checkout based on your order total.

International shipping

• Europe (EU countries, United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway): 1,115 TL (approx. €20)
• USA and Canada: 1,240 TL (approx. $25)
• Gulf countries, Azerbaijan and Georgia: 1,090 TL (approx. $22)
• Australia, New Zealand, Japan, South Korea and Singapore: 1,735 TL (approx. $35)

International orders ship from Türkiye with an economy service; delivery usually takes 3–9 business days after dispatch. Import duties, VAT and fees in the destination country are paid by the buyer.

Order tracking

When your order ships, the tracking number is sent to your email. You can also follow it under My Orders in your account.

Damaged delivery

If your parcel arrives damaged, please have the courier record a damage report and email photos to kahramandestek@gmail.com.
