3. Payment and Delivery

Payment is made with the methods offered at checkout; credit and debit card payments are processed by iyzico. The product normally ships within 1–3 business days and in any case within the legal limit of 30 days.

4. Right of Withdrawal

The Buyer may withdraw within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason. Notice is sent to kahramandestek@gmail.com. For returns within Türkiye the return shipping is paid by the Seller and a free return shipping code is sent to the Buyer. Personalised products are excluded.

5. Complaints

Send complaints to kahramandestek@gmail.com. Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts have jurisdiction within the applicable monetary limits.
